Anna Callegari; Sales Agent; Real Estate

Sometimes “real estate” can feel more like “real ass taint”, but Anna is here to help with this tidbit:

“In New York a broker’s fee for a rental is usually 15% of the year’s rent.  But using a broker to find an apartment doesn’t mean you have to pay a broker’s fee!  Just ask your agent to show you apartments that are listed as OP which means “owner pays fee” that way the building’s management company pays the broker’s fee for you.  So the agent ends up getting paid, and you end up finding a great apartment.”

‘The Ass Man’ Bassham recommends:

Graffiti RockGraffiti Rock was the pilot for an 80’s hip hop show that didn’t make it past this first episode. It’s from 1984 and it features breakdancing and old school acts like Run D.M.C and Kool Moe Dee. But for me the best part is that it also features Vincent “Prince Vince” Gallo as a background dancer. That alone makes for mandatory viewing.”

Jim Lester; Barista; Starbucks

Setting the BAR for BARistas everywhere, Jim recommends:

“The Quad Blast: An iced Quad (4 espresso shots) Grande, 2 pump Pumpkin Spice, 1 pump Chai, whole milk Latte”*

*Your barista may not know this drink by name, so be ready to explain how to make it
